ROCKTheory’s LCL package includes three programs. This package was designed for someone who is ready to enrich all aspects of their life through ROCKTheory. Leadership will improve your skills in trusting yourself and working with others. Clara I will enrich your knowledge of pilates, while learning how to teach a beginner level mat class, and introduce you to ROCKTheory’s Blueprint for teaching. During the Life seminar you will explore and deepen your knowledge and understand the benefits of nutrition and meditation.

Leadership
Leadership is the engine that drives ROCKTheory programs. Everyone is welcome and invited to take this seminar; it was created for anyone looking to improve leadership skills regardless of profession. This seminar will provide you with ROCKTheory’s Blueprint; for an easy, joyful and effective communication system. With the goal being the joy of the journey, not the arrival. You will explore the six human needs, coupled with practical application and games to learn how to support yourself and others in the process.
Mat – Clara I
In every ROCKTheory Clara program, you will learn classical Pilates mat exercises and explore ROCKTheory’s blueprint for teaching. Our signature Blueprint for teaching incorporates the exercises, leveled orders, and an easy, joyful and effective communication system. Practical application and games will be utilized to support you in this process.
Life
ROCKTheory would not be complete without its Life program. Anyone who wants to enrich their life through the knowledge of nutrition, meditation and breath is invited. You will learn tools and strategies that will help you maximize your health, vitality and energy.
