Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made after 5pm the previous night will be considered a Late Cancel and you will forfeit your class. We do not offer refunds. We do sympathize if you, or your children are sick, if your alarm didn’t go off, or if your travel plans were disrupted but we must stick to our policies. We cannot switch your class time after 5pm the previous night, however we welcome you to show up for another class that same day, and if a spot is available, you are entitled to join class. If cancellation is made prior to 5pm the previous night, your class will be added back to your account for future use.

Waitlist Policy

If the class you are interested in taking is full, we recommend putting yourself on the Waitlist. In order to do so, you must have an active class package prior. Waitlist closes 5pm the night prior to class time. If a spot opens up, you will be added to the class and receive an email confirming this. PLEASE NOTE: if you put yourself on the Waitlist, it is assumed that you are available for class, and will be attending. If you get into class from the Waitlist, cannot attend and fail to remove yourself online or via email info@rockpilates.com 12 hours prior to class start time, you will forfeit the class under all circumstances. If you are scheduled for more than one class in a day (whether due to Waitlist or not) you will be charged for both reservations. If you do not get into class from Waitlist, it remains available on your account.

Reservation Policy

Set your alarms now! Every Monday at noon weekly sign-ups begin! You have a date with Rock at noon sharp, that’s when you can book your classes for Tuesday through the following Monday. For example, if you look at our schedule on a Thursday, you will only be able to register for classes through the following Monday. Class reservations can be made online or by calling the studio.

We make NO exceptions to our Cancellation, Reservation & Waitlist Policies and appreciate your acknowledgement & understanding of these important rules.
